Discrimination against any student or employee on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age or religion in the admission or access to, or treatment in the district’s programs and activities is prohibited. The Superintendent of Schools, 128 W. Oak, Moran, KS 66755, 620 237-4250, has been designated to coordinate compliance with non-discrimination requirements contained in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Any student or employee who believes he or she has been discriminated against may file a complaint with the building or compliance coordinator. Any student or employee complaint of discrimination shall be resolved under the district’s discrimination complaint procedure.
